First race at Skagit Speedway
May 10 2008,
We raced our first dirt sprint car race at Skagit speedway last Saturday
night.
The Mafia Motorsports,Mafiawest. com, Western boxed Meats, Maxim
made it through the night in one piece. Nick showed the ability to be
smooth on the track and not cause any problems.
Nick tomlinson Motorsports would like to thank the Advanced sprintcar
crew for there help in making our first night enjoyable. The motor was
down on power and we will hopefully remedie that situation this week
and look forward to this Saturday night May 17th at Skagit
Speedway.Watch this up and coming 13 year old gain valued seat time
racing with best in the Northwest.

June 4th 2008,
Nick Tomlinson motorsports took the 24th of May off to make some
engine repairs.
Returning to Skagit Speedway May 31st to see how are engine repairs
went. The engine ran well but the drivetrain did not fair so well. first the
drive line broke in the heat race.
After repairs were made to start the main event the torque tube broke at
the collar ending the night.
Nick Tomlinson motorsports will be taking a couple of weeks off from
Skagit Speedway preparing for a non winged event at Willamette
Speedway returning to Skagit after the dirt cup.
